We are looking for an experienced educator to consolidate our schools’ recent successes and lead us into our changing future. We are looking for a principal who:

Is committed to driving the school forward by maintaining our roll growth while strengthening student success.

Is innovative in their thinking, open to hearing and bringing new ideas, and able to work collaboratively with staff, SLT, and the board.

Has a strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, and will continue the journey of knowledge and connection with the local community and iwi.
Our new principal will have a passion for education, whilst also guiding our school through the ever-changing education practices and curriculum. We are looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic and personable, while leading by example with integrity and fairness.
